Q: What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a customizable bracelet, anklet, or necklace sized and curated just for you. The jewelry is welded together and has no clasp, so it is permanent and not intended to be removed, however, it can be removed with scissors if needed.
Q: What bracelet options do you have?
At the moment, we have a variety of 14k gold filled and sterling silver options.
Q: Do you take walk ins?
Appointments are the best way to ensure that we have the jewelry materials in stock that you prefer and will get you in and out in a timely manner. We do take walk-ins, but we ask that you call first to make sure that we have the ability to accommodate you at that time. In some instances, we may not have any of our jewelers available.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Not a problem! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the original appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or failure to appear for your appointment without giving any notice will result in a $25 missed appointment fee.
Q: I don’t see any appointments available for the time I want. What do I do?
If there are no appointments available at the time you want, it either means that someone else has already booked that slot or our welders are unavailable. You’re always welcome to call with questions regarding appointments but no appointment slot is guaranteed.
Q: What if it breaks?
Notify us as soon as the breakage happens and how it happened. Within 7 days of purchase, any repairs needed because of the closure that we added and/or because of a welder issue are covered by us. A small fee of $15 is required for all other repairs or misuse. If the bracelet has broken in too many places or has become stretched because of improper use, a larger fee may be owed. Bracelets put on by other establishments require a $25 fee for repair.
Q: What if I need to remove the jewelry?
Scissors, wire cutters, or pliers are all capable of cutting your jewelry. Try to cut at the weld point if you’d like to keep the jewelry intact for future use. A fee of $15 will be required if you choose to have us reattach it for you in the future.
Q: How old do you have to be to get one?
Currently, we do not provide permanent bracelets on any person under the age of 14. We ask anyone aged 14-17 bring a legal guardian.
Q: What if a group of my friends all wants one at once?
We will happily accommodate a group! We ask that for groups of over 5 people, you contact us first to confirm availability. Groups with 5 or more people will also receive a Jewelry Party discount of 15% off!
Q: Will this affect me going through airport security?
Fine jewelry such as the chains we use in the jewelry should not need to be taken off when going through TSA.
Q: I got a piece from another place, and it broke, will you fix it?
Absolutely! Just contact us and include photos and the original material information, and we’ll see what we can do. Depending on the chain, we may or may not have the material capability to repair other shops’ jewelry, but we’ll try our best! A small fee will be owed of $25.
Q: Will you add charms to a bracelet I got at another place?
Of course! We ask that you contact us and send photos and materials of the jewelry you currently have so we can make sure that the pieces we have will be cohesive.
