Sales and refund Policies

All Sales Final. No refunds will be given on any service, package, membership, products or merchandise for any reason. Failure to use membership, services and/or the facilities available does not relieve your financial obligation regardless of circumstance. Non-use of any service, for any reason or for any period of time, does not constitute a refund or credit regardless of circumstances.

Piercings:

If your piercing falls out or otherwise has an issue within the first 7 days, contact us immediately and we will get you in touch with our piercer to resolve the issue. If anything needs to be re-pierced within the first 7 days due to it falling out, we will provide the new piercing free of charge (excluding new/additional jewelry). After 7 days, piercing fees may apply, up to and including the full cost of the re-piercing and any new jewelry needed.

Permanent Jewelry:

If your permanent jewelry breaks within 7 days of your appointment, notify us as soon as the breakage happens and how it happened, and we will be happy to fix it for you at no charge.  A small fee of $15 is required after 7 days and for all other repairs or misuse. If the bracelet has broken in too many places or has become stretched because of improper use, a larger fee may be owed. Bracelets put on by other establishments require a $30 fee for repair. If you need to remove your bracelet, scissors, wire cutters, or pliers are all capable of cutting your jewelry. Try to cut at the weld point if you’d like to keep the jewelry intact for future use.

To respect the time of our employees and provide quality service to all clients, our appointment cancellation and no-show policy requires a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. 

All appointments are automatically cancelled and considered a No-Show if the client is more than 10 minutes late without advance notice. If you fail to show up for your scheduled service (such as spray tans, permanent jewelry and piercings) appointment or don't cancel or reschedule 24-hours ahead of time, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00. 

Appointments scheduled for UV tanning and red-light therapy beds are excluded from this policy, though we do ask you to please let us know if you are unable to make your UV tanning or red-light bed appointment.
