Sales and refund Policies

All Sales Final. No refunds will be given on any service, package, membership, products or merchandise for any reason. Failure to use membership, services and/or the facilities available does not relieve your financial obligation regardless of circumstance. Non-use of any service, for any reason or for any period of time, does not constitute a refund or credit regardless of circumstances.

To respect the time of our employees and provide quality service to all clients, our appointment cancellation and no-show policy requires a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. 

All appointments are automatically cancelled and considered a No-Show if the client is more than 10 minutes late without advance notice. If you fail to show up for your scheduled service (such as spray tans, permanent jewelry and piercings) appointment or don't cancel or reschedule 24-hours ahead of time, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00. 

Appointments scheduled for UV tanning and red-light therapy beds are excluded from this policy, though we do ask you to please let us know if you are unable to make your UV tanning or red-light bed appointment.
